Job Title: Customer Support Executive - Ahmedabad


Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 0-1years of experience in a customer support role and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
  • Assist with customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Qualifications: -


  • Any Graduate Freshers can apply (2024-2026)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices

Languages: Hindi is mandatory
