Roles and Responsibilities

Handle international calls from clients across various countries, including UK and US.
Provide excellent customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Work on a rotational shift schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
