Location: Hyderabad (Candidates must reside in Hyderabad)
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice Process
Job Type: Full-time
Shifts: Rotational shifts
Week Offs: Rotational week offs
Job Description:
We are looking for experienced International Voice Process Executives to handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in an international voice environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls professionally
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and process guidelines
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice Process (mandatory)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and listening)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be currently residing in Hyderabad
- Immediate to short notice period preferred
- Should have only customer support experience
