About the Role

PSP Tech Hub is looking for an experienced PTC Windchill Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Windchill customization, configuration, and workflow development. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable PLM solutions for global customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and configure PTC Windchill (OOTB & custom solutions)
  
• Design, develop, and maintain Windchill workflows, lifecycles, and business rules
  
• Develop and enhance Java-based Windchill customizations
  
• Work on UI customization using JSP, JCA, and related Windchill frameworks
  
• Integrate Windchill with external systems (ERP, MES, SAP, etc.)
  
• Perform troubleshooting, bug fixes, and performance optimization
  
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and technical documentation
  
• Collaborate effectively with functional consultants and client stakeholders
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in PTC Windchill development
  
• Strong experience in Windchill Customization, Configuration & Workflow Design
  
• Proficiency in Java, JSP, J2EE, and Windchill APIs
  
• Experience with PDMLink, Change Management, Parts, Documents, BOMs
  
• Good understanding of Windchill data model and architecture
  
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP services and system integrations
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment
  

Good to Have

• Experience with Windchill upgrades or migrations
  
• Exposure to ThingWorx or other PTC products
  
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
