Key Responsibilities :
Strategic SEO Planning
Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to define SEO priorities.
Craft actionable SEO roadmaps aligning with business objectives.
On-Page SEO
Optimize web pages, meta content, internal linking, and user engagement signals.
Produce SEO content briefs and guide content teams for high-impact output.
Technical SEO
Conduct detailed audits to identify crawl errors, performance issues, schema gaps, and mobile optimizations.
Work closely with developers to improve site speed, structure, indexation, and site health.
Off-Page SEO
Lead link-building campaigns focused on high-quality backlinks and domain authority improvement.
Build relationships with relevant publishers, bloggers, and industry partners.
Content Writing & Planning
Write high-quality SEO-friendly content when required (blogs, landing pages, product pages, etc.).
Create, manage, and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with SEO keywords and marketing goals.
Work closely with writers to refine content quality, tone, and structure.
Ensure all content maintains brand consistency and meets SEO best practices.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, etc.
Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Team Collaboration & Leadership
Mentor junior SEO team members and coordinate with content, design, and tech teams.
Stay updated with the latest search algorithm changes and digital marketing trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing / IT / Communications or related field (preferred)
5 - 8 years of proven SEO experience
Strong hands-on experience with tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
Clear understanding of technical SEO principles
Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Good communication, project-management, and analytical skills
Experience optimizing large or complex websites is a plus
