Job Description

Supports salespersons in back-office tasks (tenders, orders, documents, equipment SAP, Tendering tool and CRM) and customer inquiries.
Maintains customer data and hierarchies in SAP + CRM as instructed by salesperson or key account manager.
Monitors the leads and new opportunities in CRM and assigns them to right person.
Follows up the customers approval of designs and lay-out drawings.
Maintains sales and tendering tools and master templates as instructed by sales manager / product manager.
Responsible for invoicing and monitoring of overdue payments (in some FLs).
Provides reports and summaries for sales, marketing, installation, delivery, finance managers etc.
Assists in general office tasks.
Customer relationship management.
Supports in organizing customer visits, tasks and events
