Job Description
- Clarion Technologies is looking for an experienced and visionary IT Services Practice Lead to join our team and lead our IT function from a cost centre to a profit centre
- As the IT Services Practice Lead, you will oversee developing and managing a Onprem OR Cloud DevSecOps/SysOps practice that provides IT services to our end customers
- You will also be technically supporting all aspects of our IT operations through a team of managers and IT professionals for implementing new IT systems and policies that support our strategic goals
- To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background, excellent communication and leadership skills
- You should have a solid understanding of OnPrem or Cloud, DevSecOps, and SysOps technologies and practices, and be able to leverage them to deliver high-quality and cost-effective IT solutions
- You should have a a good understanding of creating and executing IT policies and systems that align with the organization s objectives

- Responsibilities: Establish and develop a Cloud DevOps/SysOps practice that provides IT services to end customers and generates revenue for the company
- Manage the delivery and quality of IT services and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor the performance and functionality of IT systems and software and ensure they meet the needs and expectations of the customers
- Support all internal technology operations and ensure they are aligned with established objectives and standards
- Review IT policies and systems that support the strategic initiatives and vision of the company
- Assess the technological needs and requirements of various Clarion departments and provide them with appropriate IT solutions
- Identify and communicate the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems to upper management and stakeholders
- Coordinate and collaborate with IT managers and provide guidance and support to computer engineers, technicians, and other IT staff
- Requirements: Relevant Educational experience Worked with a similar company as Clarion or may be a bit smaller
- Should not be from a bigger company which may create a cultural fitment challenge
- Should have grown through the ranks of IT services delivery Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in an IT Services leadership Manager role or a similar position
- Strong knowledge and experience of computer systems (both hardware and software), Networks, Cloud (Azure) , DevOps, and SysOps
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences and stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and creatively and solve complex problems
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities and manage multiple projects and tasks
- Familiarity with the latest trends and developments in the IT/Cloud Services industry and the ability to apply them to the IT Services function
