Job Description

    Job Summary:
    We are looking for a customer oriented Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and deliver a positive service experience in an onsite environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer queries professionally via phone, email, and chat.

    • Provide product/service information and resolve issues effectively.

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

    • Meet quality standards, service levels, and performance targets.

    • Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve concerns when necessary.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum education: 12th pass (mandatory).

    • Excellent communication skills in English.

    • Customer focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

    • Onsite work willingness to work from the office.

    Work Environment:

    • Rotational shifts may apply.

    • Location: Onsite (office based).
