    Eligibility Criteria:
    Minimum qualification: 12th pass with at least 6 months of BPO experience, or
    Graduates (Freshers are welcome to apply)
    Key Responsibilities:
    Handle customer queries via calls/chat/email
    Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
    Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
