• Understand hiring requirements for various job roles

• Post job openings on portals and social media platforms

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job criteria

• Support senior recruiters in end-to-end recruitment activities

• Maintain candidate data and assist with coordination tasks

 

Who Can Apply

• Fresh graduates from any stream (HR/Business backgrounds preferred)

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• A willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment field

• Basic understanding of HR concepts is an added advantage
