Job Description

Good communication skills: both written and oral, hard working and should have a positive approach towards work, Team player.
Knowledge in Company Law, Foreign Exchange Management
Law and related laws
Good knowledge of Company law and FEMA
Drafting of corporate secretarial documents like Board Meetings, AGM, Directors Report, preparation of forms on MCA portal and FIRMS portal
Accustomed to work on MCA portal, FIRMS portal
Proficient in working on MCA word, excel and PowerPoint.
Will be required to constantly interact with NCLT, RD,
ROC, RBI
Will be independently handling client and conducting board, committee and general meetings for various clients.
Keeping track of various compliances and ensuring all compliances are being complied with within a due date.
