Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/Technical positions (Junior to Senior levels)
Understand technical requirements and work closely with hiring managers
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, social media, and networking
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess technical fit
Coordinate and schedule technical and managerial interviews
Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures
Negotiate offers, manage documentation, and support onboarding
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and timelines
Build and maintain a strong talent pool for future requirements
