- Assist in creating and updating job descriptions
- Source potential candidates through job portals and online platforms
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
- Post job openings on portals and social media channels
- Collaborate with the HR team to shortlist candidates
- Conduct initial background checks and reference verifications
- Support general HR and administrative tasks as required
- Interested in Human Resources and recruitment processes
- Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with resume databases and basic sourcing techniques
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Team players with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Graduate (All streams eligible)
