Process    : Domestic Voice Customer Support
Shift        : Day Shift Only (No Night Shifts)
Position  : Customer Service Executive Hindi & English (FRESHER GRADS)

 

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers

• Address customer queries, issues, and service-related concerns effectively

• Provide clear and accurate information on products and services

• Maintain polite, customer-friendly communication throughout interactions

• Update customer details regularly in internal systems

• Meet performance metrics such as call quality, first-call resolution, and CSAT

 

Eligibility Criteria

• 0 to 2 years of experience in BPO / Customer Support / Voice Process

• Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (Hindi/Kannada preferred)

• Willingness to work in rotational day shifts (no night shifts)

• Basic computer knowledge and good typing ability

• Positive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow professionally
