We are seeking an experienced Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Finastra LoanIQ to provide deep functional expertise and contribute to the successful implementation, configuration, and optimization of LoanIQ within a large-scale banking environment.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary functional expert for LoanIQ across lending operations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure LoanIQ modules to meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Support end-to-end loan lifecycle processes, including origination, servicing, and settlement.
- Conduct functional testing of new features and enhancements.
- Provide guidance on best practices for LoanIQ usage and integration with other systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting functional issues and liaise with technical teams for resolution.
- Document functional workflows, configurations, and user guides.
- Stay updated on LoanIQ product developments and lending industry trends.
Skills
Must have
- Extensive functional knowledge of LoanIQ and corporate lending processes.
- Strong understanding of syndicated loans, bilateral loans, and agency servicing.
- Experience in configuring LoanIQ modules and workflows.
- Familiarity with LoanIQ data model and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and design functional solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management.
Nice to have
- Overall, 7 to 10 years of relevant experience as a LoanIQ SME
- Exposure to LoanIQ technical aspects (API integrations, batch processes).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps.
- Working knowledge of Oracle databases.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and containerization.
- Experience with automated deployment tools (e.g., Ansible).
- Knowledge of visualization tools (Grafana, Graphite).
- Working knowledge of Linux environments.
