Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing the use of Microsoft Teams within organizations. This role includes configuring settings, integrating Teams with other applications, providing user support, and developing efficient communication strategies.

Skills

• Must have
• Microsoft Teams large-scale deployments.
• Microsoft Teams Phone System (Direct Routing, Calling Plans, and Operator Connect).
• Advanced Level of PowerShell automation, Session Border Controllers & SIP.
• Understanding and experience with Azure & Microsoft 365.
• One or a combination of the following formal accreditations:
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Support Engineer Associate.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate.
• Nice to have
• Banking Domain
