Job Description
This role requires the flexibility to work 5 days a week (occasionally on weekends) on a rotational basis. AWS Support is 24x7x365 operations and work timings for this role is in India night time i.e. 10 PM to 6 AM IST or 1 PM to 10 PM IST. You are expected to work in night shifts hours based on business requirements. About the teamDiverse Experiences

- Experience scripting in modern program languages
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems - Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development
- Experience troubleshooting & maintaining hardware & software RAID
- Experience with REST web services, XML, JSON
