Healthcare IT Analyst @ Luxoft

Job Description

• Daily Operations: Handle requests and projects related to non-clinical softwaredesigning, building, testing, and maintaining them.
• Troubleshooting Updates: Help fix issues and assist with software upgrades.
• Testing: Help create and manage testing plans and work with users to test systems.
• Coordination: Work with different departments to ensure systems are well-supported.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with various professionals to keep systems stable and functional.
• Documentation: Keep records updated and follow change management rules.
• On-Call Support: Be available during off-hours as part of a rotation to handle urgent issues.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated and trained on different systems and tools.

Must have

• 3+ years of IT experience
• we need someone with IT application support experience in Press Ganeys HRP application and/or RLDatixs RL6 application.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of business workflows
• Strong teamwork and communication
• Ability to learn new applications quickly
• Experience with non-clinical healthcare systems like:
• Risk management
• Patient experience
• Patient safety
• Initial focus will be on Press Ganey HRP (a tool used for patient experience and performance improvement)
