IntouchCX  Hiring For Quality Analyst Assistant Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end quality assurance operations across assigned business units
  • Design, implement, and enhance quality frameworks, audit mechanisms, and calibration processes
  • Analyze operational trends, identify performance gaps, and develop strategic action plans
  • Collaborate with Operations and Training teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure consistent achievement of Quality, CSAT, Compliance, and Productivity KPIs
  • Mentor, coach, and develop QA teams and frontline leaders
  • Deliver business insights and performance reporting to stakeholders and leadership
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance protocols, and security standards

Candidate Requirements

  • 3-4 years of overall experience in BPO / Customer Service / Quality Operations
  • 1-3 years of team handling / people leadership experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years in an Assistant Manager role in current organization (on papers)
  • Six Sigma Certification is mandatory
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical, RCA, and reporting capabilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and performance dashboards
  • Strong process improvement and operational excellence mindset

Preferred Profile

  • Experience in International Voice / Customer Support Operations
  • Exposure to client-facing quality management environments
  • Proven track record in driving process excellence and quality transformation
  • Immediate joiners strongly preferred
