Job Description
Development and maintenance of an enterprise level applications for a leading food corporation
- Solution development: Design, develop, and implement Power Apps
- solutions, including customizations, web parts, workflows, and integrations, using Power Platform, and related technologies.
- Technical expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge and expertise in
- Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, modern Web technologies like React, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and other team members to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.
- Code reviews and quality assurance: Conduct code reviews, ensure
- adherence to coding standards, and implement quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality SharePoint solutions.
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks, ensuring the stability and optimal performance of Power Platform solutions in production environment
- Technical documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, code documentation, and deployment guides, to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay updated with industry trends: Continuously stay updated with the latest Power Platform and related technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
- Mentorship and knowledge sharing: Provide guidance, support, and
- mentorship to junior developers, fostering their growth and development within the team.
Must have
5+ years of experience
1.Strong understanding of the Power Platform governance and administration, Power Platform Admin Center and Power Platform CoE
2.Good understanding of Dataverse security model
3.Strong understanding of Dataverse (Common Data Service) schema, relationships, and data management.
4.Experience in designing and optimizing Dataverse entities and tables.
5.Extensive experience in building Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
6.Proficiency with Power Automate (Flows) for process automation.
7.Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
8.Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
9.Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Fx.
10.Knowledge of plugins, custom workflows, and PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) development.
11.Ability to use APIs and connectors for integration with external systems.
12.Experience with role-based security in Power Platform applications.
13.Understanding of Power Platform governance, including DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies.
14.Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Excel) integration.
15.Proficiency in integrating with third-party services using custom connectors.
16.Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
17.Ability to perform requirements gathering, solution design, development, and deployment.
18.Skilled in diagnosing and resolving performance and functionality issues in Power Platform solutions.
Nice to have
- Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant or Developer certification.
- Experience with Azure services like Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Azure API Management.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform applications.
- Advanced understanding of SQL and data modeling principles.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
- Exposure to other low-code platforms like Appian, Mendix, or OutSystems.
- Experience with advanced Power BI features, such as R and Python integration or DAX optimization.
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for creating intuitive and accessible applications.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma or Adobe XD for prototyping.
- Domain knowledge in sectors such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
- Experience in mentoring junior developers or leading a Power Platform team.
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
- Additional certifications such as Azure Developer Associate or Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
