  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Executive to support project management activities, facilitate communication, and ensure effective documentation
  • The role requires strong skills in PowerPoint presentation design and the ability to translate meeting discussions into clear, concise, and professional presentations for stakeholders
Responsibilities
Project Support:
  • Assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting project progress.
  • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and deliverables.

Meeting Management:

  • Attend project meetings, capture key points, and translate discussions into structured outputs.
  • Prepare and circulate meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up tasks.

Presentation Development:

  • Create, edit, and enhance PowerPoint presentations for project updates, reviews, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure presentations are visually appealing, accurate, and aligned with corporate standards.

Communication & Translation:

  • Translate complex meeting discussions into clear, actionable slides and summaries.
  • Support cross-functional communication between teams and stakeholders.

Reporting :

  • Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports.
  • Track KPIs and highlight risks, issues, and dependencies.

Skills

Must have

  • Experience & Background
  • 7-8 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO) or related roles.
  • Proven track record in supporting large-scale projects or programs across multiple stakeholders.
  • Project Management Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Ability to plan, monitor, and report on project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Skilled in risk management, issue tracking, and dependency mapping.
  • Documentation & Governance:
  • Expertise in maintaining project documentation, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to create and manage dashboards, trackers, and reporting templates.
  • Meeting & Communication Management:
  • Advanced skills in capturing meeting outcomes and translating discussions into actionable items.
  • Experience in preparing structured meeting minutes, action logs, and follow-up plans.
  • Presentation & Visualization:
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint for creating professional, visually appealing presentations.
  • Ability to convert complex discussions into clear, concise, and stakeholder-friendly slides.
