- Provide L2/L3 support for Murex Accounting issues in a production environment.
- Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests related to Murex workflows and BO modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in trade confirmations, settlements, payments, and accounting within Murex.
- Investigate and resolve STP (Straight-Through Processing) breaks and reconciliation issues.
- Support batch processes (EOD/Intraday), reporting issues, and interfaces between Murex and other upstream/downstream systems ( Swift, accounting systems).
- Participate in release management, testing, and deployment activities related to system changes.
- Document incident resolutions, known errors, and standard procedures.
- Provide on-call/off-hours support as required.
Must have
- 4-7 years of experience in Murex application support, with at least 5 years focused on Back Office modules.
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and settlement processes for various asset classes (Equities, Commodities, etc.).
- Experience with Murex workflows , confirmations, settlements, accounting (Datamart knowledge is a plus).
- Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux scripting, and batch job monitoring tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
