We are seeking a skilled Application Analyst to support and enhance our Salesforce Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud platforms. This role involves managing non-clinical applications, ensuring smooth operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You'll play a key role in troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining application stability in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of non-clinical applications, including design, build, testing, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot system issues and support software updates and implementations.
- Develop and maintain testing protocols; coordinate testing with end users.
- Collaborate across departments to support application needs and enhancements.
- Maintain system documentation and follow change management procedures.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for off-hours support.
- Stay updated on departmental tools and cross-train in relevant areas.
- Analyze complex data to support stable operations and continuous improvement.
Skills
Must have
- 3+ years of IT experience in application support or analysis.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of business operations and workflows.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and team skills.
- Ability to learn new applications quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce Health Cloud
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience in healthcare or non-clinical application environments.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with system design, documentation, and validation processes.
- Exposure to global or remote work environments.
