Job Description
For one of our clients in the Insurance Segment, we are searching for a Java Developer with solid experience in Spring Boot and working knowledge of AWS (S3, EC2) to join our development team.
The candidate will contribute to building and maintaining high-quality backend systems, collaborating with senior developers and other team members to deliver robust cloud-based applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Integrate applications with AWS services, including S3 and EC2.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.
- Participate in design discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Support and troubleshoot production issues under guidance from senior team members.
Must have
- 3-5 years of experience in Java development
- Good knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
- Working knowledge of AWS, particularly S3 and EC2.
- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn new technologies
- Team-oriented mindset and effective communication skills
