About the Role
Were looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Business Automation Analyst / Executive to own and optimize the engine that sends and manages $1M+ cold emails at scale. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of growth, technology, and deliverability ensuring our outbound email systems run like a well-oiled machine.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain high-volume outbound email systems to ensure world-class deliverability.
- Monitor and optimize domain reputation and inbox placement to keep campaigns performing at peak efficiency.
- Diagnose and solve deliverability issues proactively before they escalate.
- Work closely with the growth team to keep outbound campaigns running smoothly and at scale.
- Implement and monitor email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and manage SMTP configurations.
- Use monitoring tools and analytics to track, analyze, and improve performance metrics across campaigns.
- Automate recurring processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
What You Bring
- 01 years of hands-on experience in email operations, marketing automation, or growth systems (internship experience counts).
- Familiarity or eagerness to master SPF, DKIM, DMARC, SMTP, and other email deliverability best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and a performance-driven mindset.
- A proactive problem solver with a knack for spotting and fixing issues early.
- Curiosity to learn, experiment, and optimize systems at scale.
- Bonus: Exposure to cold email tools (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, etc.) or domain warmup tools.
