Roles and Responsibility:
Acquire new-to-bank customers from the open market through direct sales, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and offer tailored banking solutions
Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and retention by delivering excellent customer service by resolving queries and providing ongoing support.
Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in liabilities, branch banking, or business development.
Strong knowledge of business development principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Experience working with financial institutions is an added advantage.
