Role & responsibilities

Location : Chennai / Pune / Mumbai / Bangalore / Noida

Experience 4-15 years

• Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules in accordance with business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional configurations using Workdays framework and best practices.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end time and absence processing.
• Support system upgrades, releases, and testing activities (unit, regression, and user acceptance testing).
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and enhancement requests.
• Create and maintain configuration documents, process maps, and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and time-off policies for India, the Philippines, and other supported geographies.
• Provide user support and training to HR administrators and end users.
• Partner with the Workday support team for incident resolution and optimization initiatives.
• Stay current with Workday updates and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have strong experience in Workday time tracking and absence module.
