Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of personal loan products through direct sourcing and channel partners.
Manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth.
Ensure compliance with credit policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present to senior management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and internal stakeholders.
Handle escalations and resolve customer queries promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Identify market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
36 years of experience in personal loan sales, preferably in banking/NBFC sector.
Strong knowledge of personal loan products, credit evaluation, and documentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.
