Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage industrial relations, labour laws, and employee engagement to maintain a positive work environment.
Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and improve productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

7-20 years of experience in plant HR or related field.
Strong knowledge of industrial relations, labour laws, and regulations.
Proven track record in managing complex HR projects from initiation to completion.
