Job Description
Job Title: ServiceNow WSD Developer Experience: 8+ Years Location: Offshore Remote Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow WSD Developer with strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform and scripting. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, development best practices, and custom application development, along with hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalability and maintainability. Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, UI Actions, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts. Configure and extend ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other enterprise modules based on project needs. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration methods. Develop UI Pages, UI Macros, and Service Portal widgets to enhance user experience. Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Maintain platform performance, handle upgrades, and manage configurations in line with enterprise policies. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, implementation guides, and user manuals. Required Skills and Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and core platform capabilities. Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (server-side & client-side) including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies. Proven experience in developing custom applications and workflows in ServiceNow. Solid understanding of ServiceNow Flow Designer, Catalog Builder, and IntegrationHub. Experience with Service Portal design and development. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of ServiceNow upgrade processes and version management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.nan
