Job Requirements :
15-22 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar function.
Proven track record of success in business partnering with senior leaders to drive organizational change and growth.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build trust at all levels within the organization.
