Job Title: Fund Reporting Financial Reporting

Location: Pune
Experience: 4+ Years
Shift: 12:00 PM 8:30 PM / 2:30 PM 11:00 PM IST

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong knowledge in Fund Financial Reporting and US GAAP / IFRSbased financial statement preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of annual & semi-annual financial statements for mutual funds/hedge funds
  
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, SEC, IRS guidelines
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors
  
• Follow key controls, checklists, and reporting standards
  
• Work on reporting platforms like Eagle, InvestOne, Fund Suite SX, ARC, Confluence
  

Required Qualifications

• CA / ICMA / CPA / ACCA / CFA (Qualified or Semi-Qualified)
  
• MBA Finance / M.Com / Masters in Accounting
  

Required Experience

• 4+ years in fund reporting, legal entity reporting, fund accounting, or fund administration
  
• Experience in audit/client interactions
  
• Big 4 or fund administrator experience is an added advantage
  

Skills Required

• Strong accounting knowledge (US GAAP / IFRS)
  
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
