Responsibilities:

Elevate the voice and work in India by producing communication materials, such as newsletters, reports, internal mailers, articles, blogs, and social media

Closely partner with local leadership and cross-functional teams on evolving the companys communications program in India, while ensuring that stories from India are featured internally across the firm

Generating regular error free brand compliant content for the organization

Maintaining monthly SharePoint and external website updates

Generate new ideas and collaborate with other members of the communications team and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, creative environment

Support in organizing events and engagement at company events like townhalls and expos

Create content for employee advocacy tool Sprinklr to enable LinkedIn ambassadors to post content.

Must have skills:

Content writing, editing skills

Should have at least 5-8 years of internal communications experience

Good to have:

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe illustrator, MS suite

Background:

Mass communications/ journalism
