Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Java + Angular)

Position Purpose:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across UI, middleware, backend services, and database layers, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with global teams.

Direct Responsibilities:

• Engineer solutions for complex applications within capital markets platforms.
  
• Hands-on full stack development across UI, Middleware, APIs and SQL-based backend.
  
• Architect highly performant and scalable applications using modern frameworks and tools.
  
• Deliver robust software modules rapidly in an Agile environment.
  
• Ensure implementation of data security practices and standards.
  
• Adopt software development best practices including TDD and code reviews.
  
• Provide L3 support working closely with the Production Support team.
  
• Manage day-to-day activities, ensuring high-quality delivery from offshore teams.
  
• Collaborate effectively with Onshore and Offshore stakeholders.
  

Technical Skills:

Frontend

• Angular, RxJS
  
• TypeScript / JavaScript
  
• CSS knowledge is an added advantage
  

Backend

• Java (Ideally up to Java 17)
  
• Spring Boot / Microservices
  
• SQL (queries, indexing, database concepts)
  
• Jenkins / CI/CD tools (good to have)
  
• Understanding of basic algorithms and performance optimization
  

Behavioral Skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  
• Strong attention to detail and quality
  
• Action and delivery-oriented mindset
  
• Strong decision-making capability
  
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  

Qualification

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / IT / related field
  
• 5+ years of development experience in a similar role
