Job Description
We are currently looking to hire several Quality Analyst Superstars to join our Software Engineering and Quality Assurance teams. You will be responsible for creating and executing automated tests for both white box and black box testing, ensuring the highest standards of software quality. Your role will include functional, regression, and API performance testing, and participation in CI/CD pipelines to enable faster and reliable releases.
As a key member of the team, you will take on technical challenges, learn quickly, collaborate effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced development environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements
- Design, document, and execute tests across functional, installation, regression, and performance scenarios
- Perform API performance testing using tools such as JMeter and provide analysis of response times, throughput, and bottlenecks
- Identify, log, confirm, and track defects through resolution
- Automate test scenarios using tools like TestComplete, UFT, Selenium, or similar
- Write automation scripts using VBScript or Java
- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Collaborate with developers and other QA team members to ensure full test coverage and high product quality
- Provide timely reporting on testing progress and product quality
- Participate in ongoing improvements to QA tools, processes, and standards
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or any Engineering discipline from a reputed institution
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Quality Assurance and/or Software Engineering
- Experience in functional and automated testing using tools such as TestComplete, UFT, Selenium etc.
- Strong hands-on experience in scripting with VBScript or Java
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, particularly Azure DevOps
- Experience in API testing and performance benchmarking using JMeter
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in Englishverbal, written, and presentation
