 About The Role  

Project Role :Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)
Project Role Description :Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Educational Qualification :15 years full time educationSummary:As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, leveraging your expertise to enhance the quality processes throughout the application lifecycle. By applying your business and functional knowledge, you will drive quality initiatives and ensure that testing methodologies are effectively utilized to meet project goals and timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate training and mentorship for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Apache JMeter.
  • Strong understanding of performance testing principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret test results to provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices. Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Apache JMeter.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
