Job Title: Senior Associate Investment Banking Operations (Middle Office)
Location: Chennai
Department / Function: Middle Office Investment Banking Services

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate with 47 years of experience in Investment Banking operations. The role is in the Middle Office, supporting trade capture, matching, and settlement of Securities, FX, Money Market instruments, and Derivatives products while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and settle trades across Securities, FX, Money Market, and Derivatives products.
  
• Ensure trades are matched accurately within deadlines and client positions are correct.
  
• Resolve failed trade queries and escalate exceptions as required.
  
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to address trade confirmations and settlement issues.
  
• Monitor transactions and maintain accurate records for daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
  
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
  

Technical & Behavioral Competencies:

• Strong understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and investment banking processes.
  
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage high volumes of activity.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate (B.Com / MBA) in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  
• 47 years of experience in investment banking operations (middle/back office).
  
• Willingness to work flexible shifts supporting global business hour
