Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead the QA team to ensure high-quality software releases by identifying and prioritizing test cases, developing test plans, and executing tests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop automated tests using various tools such as Selenium WebDriver or Appium.
Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, defect reports, and release notes.
Analyze data from performance testing activities to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

15-22 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) engineering with expertise in automation testing.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java; knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
