Manager Renovation/ Fitout @ Naukri

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Execution: Lead full project lifecycleplanning, budgeting, execution of fitout works , and handover to the operating teams

• Team & Subcontractor Management: Coordinate multiple contractors, architects, engineers, vendors and coordinate to complete the works in stipulated time frame
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as primary contact, provide updates, ensure client expectations in terms of quality and timelines are met.
• Budget & Schedule Control: Develop/manage budgets, track CAPEX, forecast costs, approve change orders, maintain timelines
• Quality, Safety & Compliance: Enforce QA/QC, HSE, ensure adherence to building codes, permits, safety and regulatory standards
• Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate project risks, implement contingency plans)
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain recordssite reports, permits, drawings, cost reconciliations, MIS reportsprovide periodic updates
