Position: Manager Quality (QA/QC)
Department: Quality Assurance & Quality Control
Industry Preference: Construction / Engineering / EPC
Role Overview
The Head / Senior Manager Quality (QA/QC) will be responsible for leading and driving the organizations overall Quality strategy across projects and corporate offices. The role focuses on establishing robust Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensuring ISO compliance, strengthening process controls, enhancing customer satisfaction, and promoting a strong quality culture across all sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quality function across all projects and regional offices.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve Quality Management Systems (QMS), policies, SOPs, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance and maintenance of ISO certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
- Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate external ISO audits; ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Monitor project quality performance and conduct periodic quality review meetings with stakeholders.
- Drive customer feedback mechanisms, complaint resolution, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implementation of Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Engage with key customers to address quality-related concerns and technical issues effectively.
- Identify quality risks, implement mitigation plans, and provide strategic inputs to senior management.
- Ensure adequacy of manpower, processes, tools, and systems for effective quality control.
- Conduct regular site visits for inspections, audits, monitoring, and stakeholder interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical or relevant discipline); Masters degree preferred.
- 1220 years of experience in QA/QC within Construction, Infrastructure, or EPC industry.
- Strong exposure to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards and audit processes.
