Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Cybersecurity Project Manager / IT Security Specialist with strong expertise in IT security domains, risk management, cybersecurity architecture, and end-to-end project execution.
The role involves leading cybersecurity initiatives, strengthening infrastructure, overseeing IT risk, and ensuring secure delivery across critical banking/financial applications.

Additional Skills (Should Have)
- Experience in Banking IT (projects, operations, transformation, implementation)
- Hands-on knowledge of security frameworks and compliance
- Experience responding to security incidents or risk assessments
- Ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects under tight deadlines
- Problem-solving, innovation, and decision-making capabilities
Preferred Certifications

- CISSP, CCSP, SSCP

Key Responsibilities
Cybersecurity Expertise
- Provide expert guidance across cybersecurity domains including authentication, secure architecture, IAM, data security, cryptography, cloud & infrastructure security.
- Strengthen and harden servers, networks, and IT infrastructure to prevent vulnerabilities.
- Implement cybersecurity tools and solutions to enhance security posture.
Project Management & Delivery
- Lead and manage cybersecurity/IT risk projects end-to-end.
- Analyze business requirements and prepare Functional & Architectural design documents.
- Structure project plans, define scope, estimate efforts, and manage schedules.
- Support staffing plans and ensure resource allocation for project delivery.
- Maintain project timelines and efficiently manage ad-hoc requests.
Security Governance & Risk
- Ensure IT & business projects comply with IT risk and cybersecurity standards.
- Communicate and enforce IT security requirements, changes, and improvements.
- Integrate cybersecurity risks into project plans and certify project deliverables.
- Provide guidance during audits, assessments, and compliance checks.
Stakeholder & Reporting
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across IT, security, business, and operations.
- Provide clear project updates and risk indicators to Senior Management.
- Ensure alignment of cybersecurity initiatives with organizational security frameworks.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent
- 914 years of solid experience in IT Security, Cybersecurity, IT Project Management, or IT Transformation
