Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our cloud transformation and software delivery initiatives. You will bridge the gap between our engineering teams and stakeholders in the Energy and Logistics sectors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with enterprise security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Delivery: Oversee the lifecycle of cloud migration and cloud-native software projects from initiation to deployment.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients in the Energy and Manufacturing sectors.
• Agile Leadership: Lead Scrum ceremonies, manage backlogs, and remove blockers for the engineering team.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure all cloud projects meet Nigerian data residency requirements and international enterprise security standards.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in IT Project Management, specifically managing Software/Cloud projects.
• Sector Knowledge: Demonstrated experience managing projects for Energy, Manufacturing, or Logistics firms.
• Tools: Mastery of Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a high-pressure environment.
