Role Responsibilities
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. He would be expected to Supplier development - Add new suppliers, Negotiate with current suppliers for better margins and credit terms.
Role Responsibilities
- l Handle the PRs received from customers by ensuring best rate sourcing.
- l Ensure all PRs are sourced with three quotation and closed within time to customer
- l Ensure supplier side contracting in place to serve customer orders with minimum delay
- l Owing PR to GRN related process for Haridwar plant related purchases
- l PR to PO process- Getting prices quoted, quotations prepared and POs executed
- l PO to GRN - Getting purchase orders fulfilled through rightful deliveries
- l Handling client concerns with respect to execution of critical items as and when requested
- l Ensuring healthy relationships between all stakeholders of the assigned plant' region right from store executives to plant purchasers
- l Ensuring the OTIF levels are maintained and there are no overdues with respect to deliveries of items assigned for the particular client/plant/region
- l Execution- Getting Invoices prepared timely for despatched and timely & rightful gate entry of the material purchases
Work Experience
3+ years of experience in procurement of indirect MRO products.
Exposer of specific categories: Spares , Consumables, Admin items
Knowledge/ Skills
High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch.
Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional
Education
Graduate from a reputed institute
B.Tech(Preferred)
