Job Description : Sr. Manager / Manager - Purchase
Company: Surya Global Flexifilms Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Jewar, Greater Noida (Near Jewar Airport)
Position : SR. MANAGER / MANAGER -PURCHASE
Role Overview :
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate for Purchase & Procurement with strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP S4 HANA (MM Module) and the ability to handle sourcing, negotiations, purchase order management, and inventory coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Procurement Operations
- Execute day-to-day purchase activities for raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and engineering spares.
- Float inquiries, evaluate quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
- Raise and track Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP HANA.
- Ensure timely procurement of quality materials to support production schedules.
2. Vendor Management :
- Identify and evaluate vendors based on quality, price, delivery, and reliability.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships for cost efficiency and supply continuity.
- Coordinate with suppliers for delivery schedules, order follow-ups, and issue resolution.
3. SAP HANA & Reporting :
- Manage complete purchase cycle in SAP S4 HANA from PR (Purchase Requisition) to PO to GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
- Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor database, and contract details in SAP.
- Generate purchase reports, MIS, and cost analysis.
4. Cost & Inventory Coordination :
- Support cost-saving initiatives through effective negotiations.
- Coordinate with Stores, PPC, and Production teams for inventory control and stock monitoring.
- Help maintain optimum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
5. Compliance & Documentation :
- Ensure procurement compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and statutory norms.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal reviews.
Key Requirements :
Hands-on experience in SAP S4 HANA (MM Module).
Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
Team player with coordination skills across departments.
