Job Description

Summary
Responsible for security pricing, asset creation, corporate actions processing, and data management to support accurate and timely NAV calculation for global funds. Requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to manage workload efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Update security prices across multiple systems for APAC, EMEA, and UK regions.
- Set up and maintain security reference data in accounting platforms.
- Process dividend and corporate action events based on vendor inputs.
- Manage fund, benchmark, and index setup in B-One and Cispeo; ensure timely data delivery to IADS.
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly control checks and reporting.
- Support ad-hoc projects, process improvements, and SOP updates.
- Collaborate with global teams and provide timely, professional responses to clients.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting or related field (preferred).
- Understanding of financial instruments and NAV processes.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with fund accounting tools is a plus.
