Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a multi-module ServiceNow Solution developer who can bridge business needs and technical delivery for internal accelerators and customer solutions.
The consultant will ideate, design, and oversee the build of reusable components, solution blueprints, and prototypes that demonstrate the full potential of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, and App Engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex enterprise-grade applications and reusable solution components.
• Architect and build App Engine solutions, Workspace experiences, and custom UIs using UI Builder and modern ServiceNow frameworks.
• Create accelerators and reusable libraries to improve delivery efficiency and solution standardization.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub spokes.
• Collaborate with architects on solution blueprints, data models, and performance tuning.
• Perform detailed code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and maintainability standards.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering technical excellence within the team.
• Support pre-sales activities, provide technical estimates, and contribute to solution proposals.
