Perform deep-dive testing and validation of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.) ensuring accuracy, workflow consistency, and automation maturity.
Validate ServiceNow module usage, functionality, and adherence to best practices through structured test scenarios.
Conduct plugin inventory checks, entitlement validation, and identify areas for optimization or cleanup.
Review and assess Knowledge Management structure, article quality, search relevance, and usage metrics from a QA perspective.
Validate training, onboarding materials, and SOP documentation for completeness, alignment, and usability.
Execute integration testing across ServiceNow and dependent platforms, validating data flows and interface stability.
Recommend improvements in configuration, test coverage, and process efficiency to support scalability and future AI adoption.
Collaborate closely with Architects and BAs, providing detailed findings, defects, and improvement recommendations.
Certifications Preferred:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ITIL Foundation (added advantage)
