Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress using JIRA.
• Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients through regular status updates and meetings.
• Identify potential roadblocks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays.

Job Requirements :

• 10-18 years of experience in IT Project Management with expertise in Java/J2EE technologies (Spring Boot).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and experience with SAFe framework for sprint planning and execution.
• Proficiency in using JIRA for tracking issues, bugs, and tasks; ability to create reports on project progress.
