Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet, profit & loss statement, cash flow statement, and variance analysis.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for revenue, expenses, and margins using historical data and market trends.
  
• Conduct variance analysis to identify areas of improvement in financial performance.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions through data-driven insights.
  
• Provide timely MIS reporting to stakeholders on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong educational background in CA or equivalent qualification; first-attempt pass preferred.
  
• 7-12 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis role with expertise in Budgeting & Forecasting, FPA, Variance Analysis, MIS.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
