Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Source top talent for oil & gas industry positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
Coordinate with Client to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth interview process.
Provide guidance on interview preparation techniques to help candidates present themselves effectively during interviews.

Job Requirements :

3-7 years of experience in recruitment or staffing within the oil & gas/ renewable/ construction/FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) projects in the oil & gas sector.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
